Having had the chance of working under Lucas especially whilst he helmed the Messaging team, I've learnt so much, perhaps without even him realising. I had tremendous respect for him. Cool, calm and collected, Lucas is going to be a hard act to follow... always humble, cheerful, friendly, helpful and had truly genuine concern for his staff/colleagues.. No surprise why so many were affected by this news.. Still hard to believe news of his passing... Farewell Lucas...
