He had just the right mix of fun and professionalism

I remember the first time I “saw” Lucas; it was 1am in the morning in Australia as part of the global Exchange video conference he ran. Even at that time in the morning I knew I would enjoy working with him- he had just the right mix of fun and professionalism. The team went on to be a very successful pathfinder into centralised global support. We had some fairly stressful times- what with the “I love you virus’ etc, but thanks to Lucas we got through it technically, but most importantly also with a smile on our faces.
