A Nurturing and Reassuring Leader

I could still recall a big mistake I made due to bad execution from my side while in the messaging team. When I reached office, the first thing Lucas said to me was, “Don’t worry about it. We all make mistakes from time to time,” followed by his trademark reassuring smile and moved on to work on the problem at hand. I expected some tense moments of questionings but all I got was the most understanding and nurturing remark one could get in such a moment. Folks are willing to stick with him and go all the way.
